Hi..........So far, I'm only able to program one chord per 4-beat bar. I'm a jazz guitarist and most of the backing tracks I create have two chords (or more) per bar (2-beats per chord in 4/4 timing). Is there any way to program this in Jam Studio?
Thanks,

Hi Gerald,

The only way I know that may be possible is to doulble the timming say from 70 bpm to 140. leave the drums out and use ur own drums or drum loops.  I know its not really a good way, but it may work for some tunes.

I was needing to put two cords in a beat also I know that you can,t do that on jam studio but I wonder if you can creat the song with the one chord per a beat and finish the song and then put the song in a studio software like protools and at the spots of the song where you wanted to split the beat just change the pitch right there anyone have any ideals if this or any thing like this will work at all

Thanks in Advance for a reply back

I do use mixcraft 4.5 myself.I do not know much about the editing software you are using.I also bought and use the Jamstudio loops: http://www.jloops.com/index.htm jamstudio's music factory is made up of 2 sec. 16 bit WAV loops and will work with just about all editors. If you are going to change the pitch do so at the point where the loops meet.Your key changes should be at the point where the loops meet.I have uploaded a pic to show you how the loops come together.

Grin Jamstudio is the basic music factory.A place to start building a music portfolio if you want more then you need to expand your software.
