problem downloading stuff from jamstudio song share

hi everyone have been trying to download das's latest songs but the window wont open. it opens other creations like songclick etc, but seems theres a prob with jamstudio.
 also when i subscribed i have paid twice so would appreciate an adjustment being made. hope to be sorted by weekend ant . keep on rocking doreen

i'm not sure i understand what your problem is.  could you elaborate please?  where are you when you're having a problem - JS, JamRecorder, etc.?  what is the problem - can see file but can't open, can play but no sound, etc.?  and anything else you can tell me about the issue is good.
