I've been here a week and tried adding those names to my safe list and I'm still not getting my mp3s. I wanted to get a paid account but can't convince my family if I can't get the mp3s I made,  This site is awesome, by the way. A very educational and fun place. |

If you don't have an all access pass you can't get the Mp3's. its only 4.95 a month. Thats less than one grass cutting job lol.Post a link in the forum to your song!

Okay, today is the first time I got two of the emails, and it's only doing one page of the song. Do I get a whole song i subscribe?
To answer how many times I tried, quite a few, mostly yesterday and when I first signed up a week ago.

Example song pages this is the way it should look: 1,2,3,4,5
common mistakes: 12,3,4,5------------ know , between pages 1 or 2 or this 1,2,3.4,5 see [ 3.4 ]

Just Joined and paid today. Clicked MP3 Mix, prompted to email mix to my registered email address. Clicked OK. Went to inbox, no emails thus far from jamstudio. Added jamstudio emails to safe list in email. Tried to send MP3 Mix again. Still no emails from jamstudios with my MP3 mix

Hey We are very sorry But sometimes the servers do go down. Please wait awhile and re-send your MP3 files.The servers always come back up. NOTE: Make dure you save your songs before you hit the MP3 button!

Sorry to bother yall again....
at first i had a problem with getting the whole song to be sent to me but once i got that undercontrol i made 2 songs i think and then i tried again last night and i wasn't recieving the emails anymore. So i looked i my spam folder nothign there i then deleted my cookies and such and tried to again its still not there. I saved it before i actually sent the mp3 but it wont work. is there a server problem? or is there something wrong that i can fix lol

Most probably...happens every once a while...hang in there and try... ...if it still doesn't work...try later. |
