Hey nicdaniels - all I can say is go back to square one. Open your song, click the mp3, wait for your mp3 to show up, click the link and download. Above all, make sure you entered your email address correctly.
I know that sounds kinda "doh!" but I've done dumber things Grin

thx...i tried it several times, but still didn`t get my mp3
i saved the track
klicked on mp3
and the pop up appears
i klicked ok but no mail arrived

pls help-> thx

probably a server down, mario. a support request has been sent so JS will probably be looking after it today. Check back in about 6 hours.

I've bought the 'all access pass', I've saved my songs, I've added those jamstudio email addresses so they don't get caught in my junk mail -- still not getting mp3 emails.

 Grin 1. There should only be one address you need to worry about.Jamstudio will send your MP3 files to the e-mail address that you opened your account with.Check you profile to see if your e-mail is the right one.2. After you make a song make sure you always save your song before you hit the MP3 button.3. Check the forums,sometimes the Jamstudio servers go down for reasons out of there control and should be back up shortly.

I've done everything suggested and still no email from jamstudio with link to mp3.  Just wondering... when we sign up... is there an option to not receive emails from jamstudio? ..i honestly cant remember. Also... how do i access my account settings in jamstudio? I dont see any tabs for account.

 Grin If a server is down, that can stop you from getting your MP3 files.Files will be sent to the e-mail address that you used when you opened your account.Please check your spam filter to see if your e-mail hasn't been blocked.And to get to your account click on your Profile at the top of the home page.
