Maybe people are not seeing this thread??

Can we make it more visible perhaps?  Maybe post in more than one forum, or ask a moderator to pin it to the top?

Hi,
I would love to do this, but I am new to JamStudio, and have only just joined the forum.. plus I only have tunes, not actual songs.
What I'm saying is, I would have to wait a while before I could produce a song.

I would love to have some of the songs, which members on here and myself have been working on, put on that compilation.  Would be great, as one member said, to get your stuff out there and heard.  I've worked with Wyze, GoF, Ant, and Dave H with some others as well.

Joey

personally, i think this prjct would take a lot of work.  im not sure who you're going to do this.  I don't have any of my songs posted yet becuase I do vocals on another program, so even my best work wouldn't technically be from JS.  another thing:  some people are going to want to do this but won't be able to just like me.  all in all, its a great idea, but an idea is just an idea until it's practiced.   Undecided

All things, great and small, have come from the minds of men and women as "ideas." It may take a visionary to make that idea a reality, but the possibilty is there because of an idea. And mesobrian (love the name by the way,) alot of us use supplemental programs or software to produce our music, as long as it is supported by JS, meaning the music or instrumentation originated here, whether you add other instruments or vocals via you interface and mix it down with protools or cubase, it qualifies, at least that's my interpretation. I think you may be right. As long as the main song is a Jamstudio song.and you add vocals.Vocals can be added by the use of Jamrecorder. You may wanta e-mail clint@jamstudio to check on the rules.
