first of all, brianeno, I love what you said about ideas...
anyway, I think that this is a good idea, just a difficult one to work with.  My problem right now is (this is the short version) my songs I'm creating on the other program i was talking about cannot be played on CD players.  Only dvd players and computers.  I'm wondering if that would create a problem for the mix of songs y'all are thinking of creating.  I'm in the process of fixing this (weird) problem, but until then, I'm not sure how that would effect all this.
If everybody decides they would like to go through with this idea, please notify me so I know (you can email me at <totallynotmyrealemail@gmail.com>).
(By the way, what about genre for the mix?  I don't know how old I sound to all of you, but I'm VERY young.  I don't want to give an exact age becuase of interntet prowlers, but anyway, the type of music I'm into is probably very different from other people's taste.  My taste is even different from people my own age.  Just thought I'd ask)

Do we need to have words in the songs ( lyrics )  like being sung.   I am not good with lyrics or a great vocalist but I love making music.   If this project is ever completed I would love atleast a rock song or two.  Try this song I made,  it's heavy but it is my favorite song ever!

---------- I don't think you need words just a good song. And it would help if you can sing if not just make it a instrumental.

You know what is so cool about this is that it's taken a little bit but people are staring to get fired, I can feel it, can't you? SloMo you've done a good thing here man! Mesobran, I'm glad you liked what I said about ideas, that was nice of you to say so Smiley Don't worry about genre, If you created it and you think it's good, then put it in the mix, speaking of which, did you figure out how to resolve the CD thing yet? You should be able to convert to MP3 format and burn cd's of your music mes, if you cont to have problems message me and we'll figure it out Right now I think the collaboration by Dave H and myself is  definately a submission. I've got a couple of others almost ready to post, one of them may qualify, we'll see, anyways late everyone, Ron/eno

I've fixed the CD problem and whatnot.  Finally!!!  I guess I won't fix myself with the genre stuff. The only thing I'm worrying about now is the all-access pass.  I'll have it by mid-august when I'm back from vacation.  (long story, but I can't get it while I'm on vacation)

Until then, I'll have to wait to post my songs.   Cry
