First question - I need a reasonable priced music edit program that i can import mp3's to . Something easy to use. I've got jamrecorder which is good but i want to go a little further with the edit.

Second question -  Anyone know of a program for making slide videos for songs or just straaight video's. I made a slide video of a song but i made it through power point presentation and it will only play through that program because the file is only supported with it . Guess it's pretty obvious i know nothing about this stuff. Grin

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and God Bless

Audacity is a free download. just do a search. Gold wave is a free trial and 45 bucks for continuous use. I use it and love it. These are both editing software programs, They can do some mixing but if you are looking for a multi channel mixing DAW then Kristal is free but a little hard to setup sometimes.

To add to the freeware selection for video - there is a program called VideoSpin.  Its very basic and the user is able to accomplish what you are trying to do.
