To whom it may concern,

 I have noticed that the price of JS has dropped awhile back yet my paypal account is still being charged 10 bucks per month. would you please change this and reimberse me back the over charges.

Robert - we sent out two emails to every user when we made that switch... several hundred thousand emails went out... we also send an email after every $10 payment notifying the user of the new rate and encourage them to update their subscription with Paypal

Your $10 subscription is with Paypal.com therefore we cannot change it. Please cancel your current subscription (or I will cancel it for you, just email me) and create a new subscription under the new rate.
