How about this you make it so that people who use jamstudio can insert their own chords whether of it's a flute, violin, piano or any other instrument in the sounds menu. That way it will take less stress off of the people who run jamestiudio who are working very hard to keep the site up. And we will have more chords than we have now.

What do you think? I call it chords sharing.

That'd be cool but what if people put in the wrong chords?  There'd have to be a way to confirm which chord you put in.  Plus, you'd only have it for that key!  It'd be a very cool idea though... you could put more creativity into your song!

Grin His idea sounds real good. Here are some problems with that: #1 Someone would need to edit all the sounds before they could be used. #2 Everyone doesn't tune the same way. lets say I upload a 2-sec WAV loop for a guitar in the key of C in standard tuning and someone else does the same but they are tunes a 1/2 step down from standard.

I think it's too complicated, but there could be easier ways of using the idea - what if there was a way to create custom chords online that allowed notes to be put in, pitch changed, and all that stuff?  If it's all on the computer, it'd be easier to make the chord possible for other keys and whatnot.  That'd be cool
