In order of importance/doability:

1. Faster tempo than 150 -- maybe up to 250 would be good, then you've got more than you need
2. Chord change per beat, or at minimum every 2 beats in a 4/4 bar
3. Augmenteds and diminisheds
4. Minor 6ths & Minor 9ths
5. More pages
6. More time signatures eg 2/4 and 6/8
7. Ability to add a couple more bars at the end of a 16 bar sequence
8. Ability to customise a chord

The first 4 are what I think are very high priorities
