Hello. I'm finding it easy to create effective beats and backup material with JamStudio. But when it comes to creating the melody, I'm at a loss. Have I missed something obvious, or is that something that's only provided by external means? Basically I'm looking to enter the exact notes for the melody, not just chords.

Ah, okay, that makes sense. So getting that package would essentially allow me to create any music, right? Do you happen to know how that differs from Music Maker 15? Or are they basically designed to accomplish the same thing?

  Jamstudio loops are 2 sec. WAV loops I own them myself.They will work with just about all editing hardware. I'm working on a song now myself useing these loops SAMPLE:   http://www.box.net/shared/xhupcjn8ni
