I think a new feature should be a chat box.  its not to much to ask but it would be a lot better.  And i would enjoy it better.  Put it into consideration.

I think simply placing an open chat room on the site would dilute it and take away from it's focus.  A version of the chat concept that would improve the product for use in collaboratiion would be use of a chat group - limiting the members to approved collaborators (and sysmon of course).

One thing to note about chat sessions that your may/may not be aware of...if the chat tech is using HTML and the sysmon has not put any constraints on the input, then a malicious user could use javascript to invoke a activex control to potential take control over your system, or at the very least install some adware/spyware et al.  I should also note that most chats are monitored/reviewed by other parties to try and limit/eliminate this behavior.  Simple/Low Tech solution ... if you wouldn't just say anything to anybody out here/ then you shouldn't in there.
