To all contestants: You have the right to change you song. But if you do, then you need to PM me with the details, like the link to the song and the song name.I do not have the time to run all over this web site looking for you.If you do not PM me with your changes will not be added to the made and you wont get credit for it.

ALSO: If you enter a MP3 file in this contest. You must submit the Jamstudio link to the song as well. The Judges will need the files to help keep the contest honest.

Good Day

Are there any rules on contestants voting for their own songs?  If there aren't any then I would assume that everyone will vote for their own stuff.  I wouldn't mind voting for someone else’s song but I might be a disadvantage for myself doing so if everyone votes for his or her own song.

Thanks

We already have Judges that do all the Judging. Besides a contestant can't vote.Sorry!

Contestant info update: you all no that you only get 5 pages with Jamstudio. But most of you also no that you can get more pages by repeating pages.I have found out from one of the contestants that you can only repeat up to 25 pages total before it cuts you off.

Mr. Ant....When I said I was a computer Luddite, I wasn't kidding.  I've tried entering by giving you the info that I can think of...my song is "Glamorous Glenda" and I assume you can pull it from the program??  I apologize for taking up so much of your time.  Thanks, Gary Ware   garyware04@yahoo.com

Hello Gary Ware. Seems like you're having some problems. I don't know that "Luddite" is the correct term, as that word refers to someone who dislikes technology. Perhaps neophyte would be more accurate? Whatever. Ant is correct in his fix for your problem. This is how you can post the link to your song.
Open the song file from your list of saved songs.
Click the button marked SHARE from the row above the song making boxes.
In the first empty window enter your email address, then click OKAY.
Go to the email address you entered (see previous step, above), and open the email from JamStudio. It will read something like "Someone has sent you a song on JamStudio!"
In the email will be an underlined link to your song.
Place your cursor on the link. Right-click on the link. Select "Copy link address" or whatever is closest to that selection.
Go back to your JamStudio page. Select the button FORUM.
Once the FORUM page has loaded, select Announcements and Updates.
Select the "thread" NEW SONG CONTEST. Once that page has loaded select "Reply" from the buttons at the right of the page, and immediately above the first post in this "thread".
Right-click in the big empty message space. Select PASTE.
The link to your song (copied from your email, which you sent to yourself from your saved JamStudio page) will appear -ooooohhh, aaaaahhhhh - in the big empty space.
Type something like "Hi, Ant, here's my entry to the song contest. And thanks, wyotryot, for such incredible information, you are truly a genius!" Or whatever Grin

whew. I don't know about you, but I'm exhausted.
lol.
Good luck with this Gary Ware, and good luck in the contest Cheesy
