Many of you may have noticed that sharing your song via email and sending yourself an mp3 of your song (also via email) has not been working over the last few days.  I am here to tell you that the problem has been solved!  Most of the crew here was out of town when the problem arose, which is why we didn't see anything about it until today.  You are now able to send and receive MP3s and links to a JS song, as usual.

On a related topic, a few of you posted here on the forum asking about this problem or sent us personal messages and emails.  This is what we want you to do: contact us with problems.  However, it is not useful for you to post multiple times on various JS Forum pages.  This does not help fix the problem, nor does it help us find the problem faster.  In the future, please limit yourselves to one post in one location with problems.  Typically, you'd want to post these on the JamStudio.com Feedback page, as this is the purpose of the page (hence the name).

If you need a more rapid response, please either send us a personal message here on the forum, or an email.  I'm sure you all know Lauren's (lauren@jamstudio.com), or you can send it to me at ben@jamstudio.com.

Thanks for the feedback and keeping us alert of problem situations!

I am still experiencing same problems.
No MP3s being mailed to my email.
Just a heads up

OK, you're right.  There's a bug in the system that we're working to get out.  The problem may persist off and on over the next day or two, so be patient with us as we squish the bug.  Thanks!   Wink
