How do you post Mudity/MP3?

will somebody refresj my memory on how to post your song on Jamstudio via Audicity. It's been  a long tiime since I've posted, I'afaaid Ive forgotten.

  Hey Boat,most of us use boxnet to upload our MP3's to: http://www.box.net/files Do you remember this? You just open up a free account then upload you song.Then just copy the link and post it in the forums.
