I first found this site about a week and a half ago and Ill be honest - it kicks butt.  However, I am having a few problems about the service of this site and thought I would post a thread and ask what the problem is.  It has nothing to do with the site itself, which is great.  Ive made like a hundred songs so far.  Its the Customer Service.

First off, the ONLY reason I paid into the subscribed option was to have this ONE song sent to me through the MP3 option.  Its been about 3 days and I still never received anything in my email.  And before you ask; yes it was a valid email address and yes I checked my spam.  Smiley

After NOT receiving the email for the ONLY reason I paid, I emailed the person that was on the PayPal account I paid, I think it was Laura or Lauren, something to that affect.  And... notta.  No email replies.  No auto replies.  Nothing.

So.. at this point Im pretty annoyed.  Its sort of like paying an extra $10 for a sandwich for lunch and receiving a bag of rocks.  lol.  Yea.  That's my analogy and I am sticking to it.  So whats up?  No one has yelled SCAMMER yet, but so far, I had better luck as a free member.  Oh by the way, the free "software" they give us for the drum thing and the karaoke thing - do not work.  When I tried downloading them, it said the version was outdated or something to that extent.

I hope someone can help me.  I asked for a refund from that L girl.  But, since no one ever bothered to email me back I was forced to come here.  And to think I offered to donate $5,000 - $10,000 so they could make the site better.  I have read people's posts on this site.  The whole "it takes money to...".  And I love the Studio.  So...

Yep.

I haven't received anything for a bit either, sometimes the servers are down and all we can do is wait. Ant sent in a support ticket, so they should be getting fixed soon. You didn't pay for nothing, the servers just aren't that great I guess. They'll fix them as soon as possible.

UPDATE: Oh and by the way, I'm receiving emails now.

Grin for someone who has made hundreds of songs, you should just ask for help! And by the way all of Jamstudio products do work most of the times its the person trying to use then that has the problem.Feel free to study the Help Video's. http://johntigerant.com/jamstudiohelpvideos.cfm

The servers were down for the past couple days but now I'm recieving my emails. Also if the drum producer says that outdated thing, just run it in compatability mode and it will work. I have windows seven and it said it would not work on that OS but as soon as I ran it in compatability mode it worked. This site is great but like everything in life its not perfect.  Smiley
