I ordered JamRecord with paypal the other day and I've yet to receive any kind of activation code! What's the deal? I've e-mailed customer service at lauren@jamstudio.com many times with no reply. Too, I've called the service number at 469-569-7823 with no reply. Am I missing something? Besides JamRecorder?

 When you first installed JamRecorder there was a box that opened up and asked you for your email address? You need to enter your email address in the box so Jamstudio can send you the activation code. have you done that?

Yes... I tried that from the start, to get my free trial code... but, that never came.
So I went ahead and purchased JamRecorder, paid $30 with PayPal, but there's no activation code anywhere.
I checked my spam, my trash... nothing. Nothing on the PayPal receipt, no comments or instructions from anyone, and nothing in my e-mailbox.
??

paypal took 2 weeks when I used it to get JS last year. Check paypal to see if it's still processing?

It went through to my bank account immediately.
Also... when I installed the program, it "installed" INSTANTLY!
And when I go to the JamRecorder folder there's only three files... the "program" file, some codex file, and a "red-me" license file.
I thought I was being scammed at first.
Maybe I'm just experiencing a glitch?! But where's my customer service already?

 I have sent in a repair ticket for your account.I think with happened is the servers where down when your activation code was sent so you didn't get it.Please bare with me and I will stay on top of this for you._Ant
