how to introduce instruments gradually

i'm a newbie and am not a musician but have the tune in my head. I'd like to know if I buy the all-access pass, will I be able to introduce instruments gradually, so that, for example, if I want to start with drums, and then after a few beats add a synthesizer; will the program save these items?

Hi, nettie! Welcome to the JamStudio.com forum.
You can only change instrumentation/volume by each page right now. So if you want to add instruments per measure, you'd have to use different pages. That's something that we'd like to do, so as soon as we can, we will!
Thanks!

It is still 5 pages. But you can use each page as many times as you like. (e.g. 1,1,1,2,3,1,1)

Also what you can do is use the same pitch chords and tempo change instruments ... then either run the two files together so they play at the same time or add one file to another.
hope this helps AM
