Not Getting MP3 or share emails

I just paid for an all access account a few hours ago and I haven't received any of my MP3 emails. I added the jamstudio emails to my email list, but still no emails have been received. I've tried 5 times already. Also I tried using a different email account to share my music just to see if it was just Yahoo's mail server and still no emails have been received. Will I ever get my MP3? I will like a refund if this issue isn't taken care of promptly.

  you gota watch yahoo mail sometimes the email will go to spam.so dont set your spam to delete for a while.Also it could be that our servers are down. I'll look into it for you._Ant

Same here. I have been trying all afternoon to get my MP3. I am assuming Jams server is down? Will try again before going to bed.

I did check my spam, still no luck. Just got in and still nothing. I tried sending the MP3 again just a few minutes ago and guess what?  Still nothing. It's a shame they charge you to use this service and it doesn't even work. Really looking bad based on the fact that I'm new to this site.

  Guys sometimes the server goes down.But it will be back up I'm a paying member just like the rest of you. Just keep on working on your songs you will get them all sent to you as soon as the server comes back up. I have a support ticket in the the Admins.

Still waiting on my MP3's and it's now day 2.

I've requested a refund. I cannot wait until JamStudio gets it together. Maybe they should move to a different server and/or incorporate a downloading feature on the site to download the MP3's directly. In the meantime I have a deadline to meet and I can't wait on JamStudio to email my music any longer.

 Sometimes things happen out of Jamstudio's control.Its being worked on.You will get your MP3 files.And you will get them all at one time when the servers come up.
