Education Grant Problem

Hi.  I received an education grant for my school and had full access to the site.  My students are currently doing an assignment that requires downloading their creations to an MP3, but now for some reason we can no longer do that.  We just get the message that we have to subscribe if we want to use that feature.  I have sent emails about this to 2 different JamStudio staff members, but have not received a reply.  I thought I would try the forum instead.  Any help that you can give me will be greatly appreciated.  Our project will be all for naught if we can't create MP3s.  Thanks.

Thanks, Ant.  Clint was not one of the people I emailed, so hopefully this will solve our problem.  I guess I was just talking to people who couldn't help me.

I am also having the sam problem with my access code. I have access to everything but the download option. I am trying to get this all figured out so I can put it to work for some students. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem with the access pass with the grant program.  I got my email that said that we had been approved and told me how to set up the account using the code.  But still I am not able to save as MP3 format.  I have sent several emails and I have not heard back.  If anyone here can help I would so appreciate it - I have shown the kids and they are anxious to get on and make some music.
