I'm having the same problem! I have an all-access pass, it is not expired, and for some reason I push "mp3 mix" and it says it sends it to me, but I get NOTHING in my email.
YES I have checked my spam folder. And yes, I have checked my settings to make sure email from jamstudio will come through.
I even tried using "share" to just send them to another one of my emails, and STILL is not working.
I was able to send mixes to myself all this past week, up until a few days ago. I emailed
Lauren@jamstudio.com and got no response. I'm getting pretty frustrated and will want my money back if nothing is changed ASAP.
