I didn't see a thread for the Karaoke Producer, so I am posting this here. I just got my all access pass and my MP3's downloaded beautifully. However, the access code that was provided for Karaoke Producer did not work. I have sent out some emails, but as of yet, I have not received a response. Anyone else having trouble with access codes for Karaoke Producer?

Just a follow up: Ant did respond to my email. My activation codes were sent to the email that I use for paypal. It just didn't occur to me to look there (until I stumbled on it today). So, if you are missing some codes, check the email account that is linked to paypal, which may or not be the same email address that you use to sign into JamStudio.

I added vocals to my MP3 mix from JamStudio last night. The first track was ok, but the second "doubling" track was out of sync on playback. Can this be fixed using the tempo button on the efx rack to sync up the second track? I did not have time to try that. Just curious if anyone has experienced this or has any advice on how to fix or prevent this from happening.

Are you saying that you are trying to add vocals using Karaoke recorder! It was designed to remove vocals I don't no if you can use it as an editor. Now JamRecorder is made to record vocals!

Karaoke Producer is very similar to JamRecorder, except Karaoke Producer has a effects rack. On this efx rack, you have more control over reverb (various room settings + amount applied), a pitch and temp function ( I assume the pitch control is for off key singers. The tempo will speed up or slow down the track. I assume one could use this to sync up out of sync vocals). Also in the rack is the vocal eliminator which removes vocals from your CD, creating a karaoke track that you can sing over, hence the name Karaoke Producer. You can turn on or off any of these functions. Karaoke Producer is simply a eight track digital mixer with these aforementioned functions added, plus you get some CD burning software bundled in. So it should work just like JamRecorder, just with more bells and whistles. I am using it because it came free with my all access pass. I plan to buy JamRecorder in the future.

You can record vocals in Karaoke Recorder. I used it to record vocals for "Fiddy," a rap I wrote for my mother's fiftieth birthday.
