Aaaagh......I guess I took for granted that I would be able to get my mp3 whenever I wanted (since the last time I requested one, it was emailed to me promptly).
This time it's not the case. I've been trying all day and haven't received my email with the download link, and I need to record my vocals and submit my song to a deadline by tomorrow. Yikes....Yikes!!
Yes, I've checked my Spam folder, etc. All I can guess is that the JamStudio servers are temporarily down??? Any clue as to how long I should expect to wait for this issue to be resolved?
No complaining here.....Just worried and stressed. I know you guys are doin' all you can! I love your website!!! Keep up the good work!!!
