Sometimes I get email with some of the content blocked (and blacked out).  When this happens I get a pop-up in the form of small banner on my screen asking me if I want to "show all content ? "   I click on "show content" and everything opens up.  Are you seeing anything like that ?  (this is how it works on Windows 7 and Vista)

Browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera (just to name a few)
Google is a search engine that runs in a browser.
Yes indeed, get a good anti-virus...maybe get your computer to a techie to make sure it's all good. Might cost you a few bucks. Stop downloading peer-to-peer music etc off limewire or such ilk.
