Hi ya'all,

Here is a song I wrote awhile back that some of you may remember. Wyot wrote some lyrics and has now been able to record them. Hope you all enjoy this. Wyot has a great voice. Hey Wyot... I'm sorry that some of the vocal is a little rough. If your intrested to know why, pm me. Well anyways, here it is

Still the Same this is the old version

update: 8-31-2010  I got some new goodies from Ant for a great deal ,for my studio. After listening to this older version
I decieded to try them out. If you happen to compare them. An honest eval between the two would be much appreciated.

Still the Same this is the new version

Thanks everyone  Smiley

I'm pretty sure Wyot was as unhappy about the mix as I was, even tho we recieved such nice compliments. Well Wyot, I went and redid it once again, I think you will be plesently surprised.

Still the Same

Robert

p.s. Hi Ant, I had posted this post prior to your last post, but I realized i had posted the wrong version (no bass), so I deleated it. I then realized you had downloaded that version and reworked the EQ/master berfore I could post the right version. I think your version is spot on. The only thing i dont like about it is the levels are set for maximum volume which on this song I didnt do, due to a  personal prefence reasons. Thanks for your post!  Cool

Way to go, Robert, nicely done. it's a little weird hearing the vocal diced and spliced, but it works really well in the song. Love the instrumental with the guitar lead Grin Is that our Ant friend squawking away there?

Hi Wyot,

Im glad u like it. No thats not Ant but it could have been, in fact he might have done it a bit better.  Wink Those were some wave files I had.  If you think your vocal was cut up... you should see the lead guitar.. LOL
