Nice Ant! Love the improvisation of it. But not really sure how I am going to sing around it. My voice comes in 8 measures from the beginning of the song. It's nice though.

If you have a external mic jack in your pc you can do like i've done. I bought a kereokee mike from wal-mart for around $10.00 and it plugs right into the pc external mic jack. You still have to learn how to sing into it for a good sound but it does work guys, just give a listen to some of my tunes. A expensive mike is good if you can afford one but the ole wal-mart mike can work

well I sang the vocals, and gave my little mic a bit of a boost, there is still buzzing but less distortion then before. Its in mp3 format now, I'm just trying to figure out which upload engine to put in it then after that's done I'll put it in here.

I couldn't find anything, not even guitar strings for my guitar, so needless to say I'll have to travel two hours to Great Falls and buy that mic and guitar strings.

And that's a perfect example of why Wal-Mart is no good for communities - let me guess, there used to be a little guitar shop where you live, before Wal-Mart? anyways, all politics aside, I'm glad you got it worked out Crystal. Now to go back and give a listen

Vocal quality is better, Crystal. Song is a little short on the fileswap, though. I look forward to a longer version because this is sounding pretty good.

Now to go back and give a listen Actually I don't think there has ever been a music store here...like ever. The closest one is in Great Falls, which I think it's called Musicians Friend or something like that. But I go there everytime I'm in Great Falls...which is very rare...like once a year if that. But I have the whole song completed...why did only 1.79 megs load...this is really wierd...

Okay, getting off of walmart, and back to the song... Here is the FULL Version of the song: http://www.fileswap.com/share/870287b5e428f5863e129a43380fdede/Ijustwanttobeloved.wps.htmlThere's still HUGE distortion in it especially when I hit the high notes at the end of the bridge. It does sound a bit better, I was singing about ten feet away from the mic this time. I think it's just my voice echoing off the walls and hitting the mic at the same time. *sigh* This may be the best we can get until I get better equipment cause I don't know how to really edit my voice and cut out noise in mixcraft. I haven't tinkered with it all that much. I want to so bad, but I just don't have the time like I used to.
