Hi,
I tried to log onto jamstudio tonight and was unable to. After trying to log in, I got the popup that asked me to subscribe. I started my montly subscription last month. Is there a problem with my paypay account or is there another reason for this. Do I need to reestablish the account each month?
Thx, Robert aka Trebor999

Thx RockChix,
I went to my paypal account and see that there is a transaction for jamstudio this month, but It says it will take 4-5 days to clear. Does this mean that my account will be suspended every month for thos few days it takes to clear paypal? Admin? any help here? thx.

Sounds like you have the same prob I had. Electronic check ?? perhaps. When this happened to me my paypal was empty and it drafted my checking account instead which delayed me.

Greetings. Several people have encountered this problem. I think the common denominator is the e-check. If you use an e-check on PayPal rather than a credit card, it takes money directly out of your bank account. However, because it does this, it must be processed like a bank transaction, hence the time delay.
Honestly, we haven't had payments coming in long enough to see if this will be a monthly problem or if it's only the first time you sign up. If anyone knows the answer, we'd like to know as much as you!
In the mean time, we're terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and please let us know of any and all problems.
Thanks!

It seems that the echeck does need to clear first, I see two possible remedies. 1) Prior to the transaction, I could move money from my bank account into the online paypal account. 2)JamStudio could set thier system to allow continual use and only stop service if the echeck does not clear.

Again, please send us an email with your JamStudio.com user name (email address) and we'll go from there.
