We have received several complaints from people who have signed up for the All Access Pass on
JamStudio.com, but haven't received full access to all the sounds and features on the site itself.
DO NOT FRET!The most common cause of this problem is that the user paid with an eCheck. It normally takes 3-5 business days for
PayPal to process the eCheck and initiate service. If this happens, please contact Dan Foote at
dan@jamstudio.com with your correct JamStudio.com username (email address), and he'll set you up with a temporary All Access Pass to last until the payment clears.
Once it does clear, you'll continue to be billed on PayPal each month for the All Access Pass subscription. As new sounds and features are added, you'll be one of the first with the opportunity to use them. Enjoy making music!
