FAQ: I subscribed...Why don't I have all the new features?

We have received several complaints from people who have signed up for the All Access Pass on JamStudio.com, but haven't received full access to all the sounds and features on the site itself.  DO NOT FRET!

The most common cause of this problem is that the user paid with an eCheck.  It normally takes 3-5 business days for PayPal to process the eCheck and initiate service.  If this happens, please contact Dan Foote at dan@jamstudio.com with your correct JamStudio.com username (email address), and he'll set you up with a temporary All Access Pass to last until the payment clears.

Once it does clear, you'll continue to be billed on PayPal each month for the All Access Pass subscription.  As new sounds and features are added, you'll be one of the first with the opportunity to use them.  Enjoy making music!

I subscribed sometime ago - months ago, but today I came on and it wouldn't let me email a mp3 to my email address!

Does it cancel after so long?

Do I have to re-subscribe?

Try after sometime.

At times the mp3 service is down.

Dont know if it is the case now though.

I haven't cancelled the payment or anything, so I can't understand it! Arghhh!

I have a full day free, which is rare and I could be adding a voice over, but I can't get my mp3's!

Any ideas anybody?

If you will save you song to your PB folder I can upload it for you!you need to post the name of the song.

I just purchased the all-access account and I payed with a debit card through paypal and I still haven't got the new features, etc.
Why?

  Sometimes if you don't have money in your paypal account paypal will put a hold on the funds until it cleared your bank.This is why I keep  50.00 bucks in my paypal account all the time.I do use it a lot.

So how much more am I suppose to get? I didn't notice an increase in the amount of instruments upon signing up… I didn't get the drum producer app, I didn't get karaoke recorder app either. Not that I'd probably use those programs, maybe the drum program. All I was able to do once signing up is receive my mp3 mix email request. So about the extra sounds…. I’m sure I done have 250 000. + How do I go about getting my Apps?

I do not thing you get any more instruments. I do not remember reading anything about that.You do get the Drum Producer and the Karaoke Recorder.You should have got an email with the instructions on how to download then.Sometimes those emails go to spam so check there. You can email Clint at clint@jamstudio.com for replacement emails.
