Unable to use application

I'm a loyal and paying member increasingly frustrated by the inability to use the application no matter what time I log on, no matter what browser I use, no matter whether I disable my firewall. What's the problem? Are other members having the same frustration?

Make sure you have the latest copy of adobe flash installed.
