Song Quality Changes when made to mp3...

Um, I never used to have this problem before, but with this last song I've made I've noticed that it plays really good when I play it in the mixer on the JS site, but when I make an mp3 of the song and play it in any other application like Mixcraft and Windows media player, I can't hear the drums at all (I can hear the snare hit but no bass) and some of the instruments sound like static.  Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them...I've tried making another mp3 with different instruments and it still happens...

Hmmmm....I've had some strange things happen in the past too...... like, instruments from one page playing on top of a completely separate page that didn't even have those instruments in the list....... and, having an mp3 turn out really diminished in sound quality that sounded great in the JS worksheet........I've encountered a few other anomalies too....once, I completely deleted a song that turned out muffled and all jumbled up in the mp3.....then I replicated it from scratch and got the same result.....well, I played around with it, and it finally came out right on the mp3 after I dropped out one of the instruments  .....So, I guess what I'm saying is 

I have no idea why those things happened, I just didn't want you feel alone..lol.....it's probably just a temporary glitch in the system ..... maybe Clint has some ideas......
