There are 2 ways to post ur songs. First let me say, you should post ur tunes in the "Show us your stuff" area. More people will see it there.
1st) In the screen where u create ur songs, there is a "Share" button. Click on it and it will ask u to input an email. Enter ur own email to send it to urself. When it arrives, copy the link, then paste it in the forum. If you creat multiple pages, make sure u seperate them with only a comma. EX: 1,2,5,2,4,3,1
2nd) If u r a paying member, u may hit the "MP3 Mix" button and it will send an MP3 version to the email that u signed up with.
(note) Only paying members may use thier creations in a commercial usage and take full credit for it. Otherwise u need to give credit to Jam Studio and may need permersion to use it for other than personal usage.
